We’re looking for residents who can share their views, listen to different perspectives and help us think about the needs of all residents. If you’re new to this kind of involvement, we’d really like to hear from you. What matters most is your perspective as a resident and your willingness to help shape better services.
As part of the panel, you’ll review information, discuss key topics and provide feedback on areas such as repairs, communications and complaints.
Your feedback will help us build on what’s working well and focus on the changes that matter most to residents.
As a thank you for your time, we’ll give you Love2shop vouchers for the activities you take part in.
AB Karunaratne, A2Dominion’s Interim Chief Customer Officer, said: “Shaping better services starts with listening to residents and understanding what matters most to them.
“The All Residents Panel gives you the opportunity to share your views, take part in discussions about our services and help shape future plans.
“We want the panel to reflect the diversity of our communities, so we welcome applications from residents with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.”
As a panel member, you’ll have the opportunity to:
review and discuss how services are performing for residents
provide feedback on proposed changes and future plans
help us understand what matters most to residents
work with residents and colleagues from across A2Dominion to help shape and improve services for customers.
